Two years ago, I completed the NYC Marathon and this year, I’m back and ready to run. I can’t think of a better reason to push myself than to support kids who are fighting far bigger battles.

I’m running for Team Lifeline, raising funds for an incredible organization that provides critical support to children with cancer and other serious illnesses. They offer counseling, case management, meals for families, transportation to medical appointments, and, most importantly, a chance for these kids to experience the joy of summer camp in a medically supportive environment.

Running a marathon is hard, but so is battling illness. These kids face unimaginable challenges every day, and if they can keep fighting, I can keep running. My goal is to raise $7,500 to help bring joy, hope, and support to these children and their families.

I can’t do this alone. Every dollar you give helps send a child to camp, easing the burden of illness and letting them just be kids. Please consider donating—together, we can make a difference.
