For the 10th time, I will be running the Miami Marathon for Chai Lifeline. As I get older, this definitely does not get any easier on me, but after visiting Camp Simcha and seeing the amazing happiness on the children’s faces, I know that I must do all I can to help Chai Lifeline continue their remarkable work. And as an added bonus, all of my children plan on running with me to honor my 10 years of running and raising funds for this incredible organization.
This year I am running L’iluy Nishmas (in memory of) my dear uncle Lemu Rosenberg. Lemu had a special place in his heart for disabled children and would always find a way to make them happy and bring a smile to their face. Additionally, Lemu was a SUPER STAR when it came to visiting the sick, organizing the Shabbos visits to the hospital with the boys of Montreal. Nothing was beneath him, if it would make the patient smile. What better way to honor that memory then by helping to bring a smile to the faces of the children of Camp Simcha! Please go to my marathon page, https://www.teamlifeline.org/Miami25/avikatz , and sponsor my run.
My goal is to raise $7,500, but I need your help. Every donation is 100% tax deductible. Please join me in supporting this important organization by contributing to my personal runner page.
Together, we can make a difference.
Thank you for your support - I know I can always count on my good friends, Avi
