This is a matter close to my heart. When I was about 3 years old my uncle was diagnosed with cancer in his leg, and a few years later in his lungs. That is the simple version. It was long haul with many ups and downs. Throughout the process, so many people reached out and helped my family with anything we needed in terms of care for my dear uncle, and with anything the family members needed including hospital visits, meals babysitting and so much more. Along this journey, the support Chai Lifeline provided made an impressive impact on me and my family. I have grown up with such gratitude to the organization that supported my family through this long ordeal. NOW is my chance to give back! This coming February there will be a marathon in Miami and team lifeline is participating. As a member of team lifeline and on behalf of chai lifeline I want to ask if you can support my journey of giving back to this amazing organization! It would mean so much to me!
