Hi!

We are thrilled to share that this FEBRUARY, we will be joining our family in running the Miami Half Marathon in memory of our brother/brother-in-law Avi.

For those of you who didn't know Avi, he was DZ's younger brother. He was hysterical, and kind, and he brought joy to all that knew him. Those of you who knew Avi probably can't think of him without laughing at your favorite "Avi story" (share it with us!)

Avi lost his battle with cancer 7 years ago at just 25. Team Avi was started as a way to honour Avi, and to thank Chai Lifeline Canada for all that this organization achieves. We have the deepest gratitude for all that this wonderful organization has done for our family.

Chai Lifeline provides year–round emotional, social, and financial support to more than 4,500 children and their families every year. Chai Lifeline´s programs and activities change their lives forever, returning joy and hope and enabling them to live full and happy lives despite the presence of illness. Running is not easy, but neither is dealing with illness. If the children of Chai Lifeline can fight each day, if they can push themselves to go through hospital stays and treatments, we can do this for them. But we can't do this without your support. I need your help to raise as much money as possible for these kids. So please, push the donate button and help us put smiles on the faces of sick children. Let's do this together!
