Chai Lifeline helps children who are suffering from cancer and other debilitating pediatric illnesses – not only by coordinating their care with top-tier doctors and medical professionals, but also by giving them the experience of attending (free of charge) Camp Simcha, where they are cared for by a team of energetic counselors and competent doctors.

But these days, the suffering of our brothers and sisters in Israel has been on our minds day and night. In response to the atrocities of October 7th, Chai Lifeline has deployed their crisis and trauma response teams, working around the clock to help thousands of displaced and traumatized Israeli families, as well as anyone in the world in need of their 24-hour crisis line.

Chai Lifeline is stepping up and giving unconditional support to those who need it the most, but we need your support.

This winter, I will be running the Miami marathon with the goal of raising $12,500 (and we are halfway there). This year, Team Hershel will have a new mascot, Baby Hershy, to cheer me on (with his mother) at the finish line. May we please count on you as well to support this critical mission?
