This January, I will be running the Miami Half-Marathon for the third time as part of Team Lifeline to benefit children with cancer, disabilities, and other serious medical conditions.
Chai Lifeline is an incredible organization that holds a special place in my heart. While I have known about the organization all my life, I have come to learn how incredible they are and the amazing support they provide to children, their families, and in our case, even their friends.
A few years ago, I ran my first Miami Half for Chai Lifeline to honor my son Chase's friend, Sophie Spangethal, and this year I continue to run in her memory. Sophie was an incredible girl who would immediately light up a room as she entered. Her love for all things rainbow, pizza, Frozen (specifically singing "Let it Go" as loud as she could), and Camp Simcha could not go unnoticed. Camp Simcha and Chai Lifeline provided her with so much pure joy and happiness and she was always looking forward to her next incredible experience with Chai Lifeline.
Every donation is 100% tax deductible. Please join me in supporting this important organization by contributing to my personal runner page.
Please help me to help Chai Lifeline continue to make a difference in the lives of everyone they support.
